Poplar Lodge is a 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath log cabin vacation rental on 18 acres that border the Nantahala National Forest. The owner-builder has created a uniquely crafted cabin with one-of-a-kind artwork, decor and handmade furniture. The attention to detail is apparent in everything from the mountain laurel stair railings to the painted, carved fireplace mantle to the rock walls and hand-painted headboards in the bedrooms.
We Make Cooking Easy
The fully equipped kitchen has custom-made countertops, upscale appliances, and all the cooking and dining utensils, tableware and pots and pans you will need – including an espresso machine. There’s plenty of seating at the handcrafted dining table or at the table on the covered deck.
Movies, Music and More
Sit in the great room and enjoy the gas log fireplace. Watch 15 different movie channels or listen to music on the big screen TV. Have an old fashioned night with family or friends. Play billiards, air hockey, ping pong, cards, bingo and poker. Have a time to remember.
