Reservation Procedures

A credit card is required to reserve a cabin. A deposit of 50% is due at the time the reservation is made. The deposit can be paid with credit card, debit card, check or Cashier’s Check. Checks can only be accepted 21 days prior to arrival. Reservation will not be held until check is received. Reservations will not be made on declined credit cards for NSF checks.

Cancellation policy is full deposit (less the $15.00 reservation fee) refunded if the reservation is cancelled in advance, the cancellation period is 21 days prior to the arrival date. If cancellation is less than 21 days and we can re-rent the cabin, the deposit (less the $15.00 reservation fee) will be refunded. No shows will be charged in full unless the cabin is re-rented. All cancellations must be in writing and sent by mail or e-mail.

The balance is due at check in. We accept Master Card, Visa or Cash for the final payment. We CANNOT accept personal checks for a final payment unless it is received 21 days prior to the arrival date.

 

Check-In & Check-Out Procedures
Check In is 4:00 p.m. or when unit is available. We try to have the units available as soon as possible, but cleanliness is our first priority. Once you have checked into the office we will take care of the balance and Rental Agreement once this is done we will give you the code and a map to the cabin. Please let us know if you are coming in after hours so we can make special arrangements for you.

Check Out is no later than 10:30 a.m. Guests not checked-out on time will be charged a $25.00 per hour fine. Call the office to let is know you are checking out.

If you desire an early arrival or late check-out, let us know and we will try to accommodate this. Without prior approval, however, we ask that you respect our check in and out times.
